We are pleased to announce that a new seminar series is starting in Health & Population Sciences (HaPS). Once a month each of the HaPS Professors and Readers will present a major aspect of his or her programme of research, reviewing what has (with the team) been recently achieved, what is in the pipeline and potential outcomes/next steps. The seminars will be on Monday lunchtimes 1:00 – 2:00 pm and are open to all within MDS.
Professor David Fitzmaurice is the first speaker for this new series. He will describe the development of his research programme around anticoagulation. David has been a pioneer in the shift of anticoagulation management from secondary to primary care and has also conducted a study on patient self-management.
